Shahdol: IG Shahdol Police DIG Shri PS Uke  foreclosed the CM Help Line Complaint against Umaria Kotwali ASI Dinesh Pandey without conducting any statement from complainant. The complainant was having the grievance that ASI Dinesh Pandey called complainant without issuing any summons and threaten him to withdraw complaint against rule of law. He misbheve the complainant inside Police station and threaten the complainant that "U Dont Know the Police Power". He was violating the Hon'ble Supreme court order in Lalitha Kumari Vs State of UP 2013 guidelines to handle the complaint of cognizable offence. As ASI Dinesh Pandey was hand in the gloves of accused so he started threating complainant. The SP Umaria Vikas Kumar Shahwal did not entertained the complaint at L2 level.   MPCB MAY WITHDRAW CONSENT FOR VIOLATION OF AIR AND WATER POLLUTION STANDARDS Navi Mumbai: BASF Turbhe Plant received notice for discharging chemicals in Air and water beyond the limit. Maharashtra Pollution control board (MPCB) officials examined the samples of BASF Turbhe plant and issued notice to withdraw the consent as per the principle of natural justice. Kurle pleads in his IA that Bhushan who had earlier filed an interim application misinterpreted & incorrectly placed reliance as to the ruling convicting Kurle, which is under challenge before the Supreme Court. Bhushan in his interim application in a way tried to justify the incorrect procedure adopted by Justice Rohinton Nariman’s bench in assuming jurisdiction, where there existed none. To rewind facts, Adv.
