The information is related to the PIL pending at Bombay High Court . In which SEBI officers deny to meet complainants and they are not allowed to enter inside without appointment. As per petitioner the building is in dilapidated condition and using residential complex for commercial use. As per BMC act it is illegal to use residential structure for commercial purpose. Petitioner has pray to court to seal the premises for the safety of citizens. Earlier the medical shop owner Dava Bazar  registered fake FIR against petitioner for asking fire NOC in April 2017 by bribing police at Azad Maidan Police station.
