  Mumbai: As per RTI reply the CGS Colony Antophill buildings are not having Municipal NOC . The CPWD has done construction of 10k CGHS quarters for public servants has not taken Commencement certificate and Occupation certificate as per Maharashtra Municipal act 1888. As per Govt building act 1899 if people stay in building then local authority NOC is mandatory. Govt agency cannot make building for people without local municipal NOC as water supply and drainage to be provided by them only. If no NOC taken then How can such structure comply with the word Premise? If it does not qualify the word premises then how can government cut house rent from salary? Public servants are bound to pay house rent without the structure comply to be house as per definition by municipal act.

  लंदन-कलकत्ता बस सर्विस क्या आपको मालूम है कि 16100 किलोमीटर लंबे लंदन-कलकत्ता रूट पर बस चला करती थी ? जो दुनिया का सबसे लंबा बस रूट रहा है।लंदन ब्रिटेन का मुख्य शहर ओर राजधानी है तो कलकत्ता ब्रिटिश इंडिया की राजधानी थी।लेकिन यह बस आज़ाद भारत मे 1957 में चली।पहली लंदन-कोलकाता बस बीस सवारियों को लेकर 15 अप्रैल 1957 को लंदन से निकली और फ्रांस, इटली, यूगोस्लाविया, बुल्गारिया, तुर्की, ईरान, पाकिस्तान होते हुए अमृतसर, दिल्ली पहुंची और फिर आगरा, इलाहाबाद, बनारस होते हुए 50 दिन बाद 5 जून 1957 को कोलकाता पहुंची।लंदन से कोलकाता के लिए 1957 में इसका किराया 85 पाउंड था जो 1973 में 145 पाउंड पहुंच गया।इस किराए में खाना-पीना-सोना और रहना शामिल था।यह उस टाइम की सबसे लक्ज़री बस थी।जिसमे म्यूजिक सिस्टम-पढ़ने के लिए बुक्स थी ओर सफर को मज़ेदार-रोमांचक ओर यादगार बनाने के लिए यह बस जगह जगह रुकती भी थी।जैसे ताजमहल देखने आगरा शॉपिंग के लिए ईरान और तुर्की। बस को अंदर से गर्म रखने के लिए इसमें हीटिंग सिस्टम तक मौजूद था।लंदन-कोलकाता रूट को हिप्पी टूर के नाम से जाना जाता था जो मज़े करने के लिए पैदा हुए थे ओर यह...
