Petitioner requested for immediate closure of factories of Saketh Exim Ltd for safety of employees .Soon it will listed for interim relief sought by petitioner Sapan Shrivastava.

Mumbai: Complaint Against Judicial Registrar 1 and 2 of Bombay High Court by a party in person for violation of OS and Appellate side rules. A Media Reporter and Party in Person is regularly filing PILs at BHC since last 3-4 years. In Sept 2015 high court made scrutiny committee for party in persons so that OS and AS rules should be complied . The objective of the committee was to maintain discipline in court. A word COMPETENT was also added in the guideline but definition was not provided . The Registrar Judicial 1 and 2 Shri Ajit N Mare , VR Kachare and Ex Reg RM Joshi are rejecting the applications of many party in persons by using word "COMPETENT" with comment that he can not assist the court. Mumbai: A intervene application has been filed in Writ Petition of Anandilal and Ganesh Podar trust Of Podar group . The Podar group has 5 educational institute at Saraswati Marg Santacruz West. There are more than 13000 students attending these institutes. So the petitioner wants to block the traffic for their students safety at morning and evening timings. As per Intervener  Sapan Shrivastava the group is violating so many local laws and they are not concerned about students safety inside premises. Mumbai: Fort Merchant welfare association at Mumbai Fort area has hiked photocopy rate from Rs1 to Rs 2 per page since 1 Aug 2018. It is maximum hike as compared to any sector. म्यांमार में रोहिंग्या मुस्लिमों पर किया कवरेज, 2 पत्रकारों को 7 साल की सजा मामले में यंगून कोर्ट के जज ये ल्यून ने कहा कि दोनों पत्रकारों ने देश के उद्देश्यों को नुकसान पहुंचाने का काम किया है। रंगून। सोमवार को समाचार एजेंसी रायटर के दो पत्रकारों को म्यांमार में सात साज की सजा सुनाई गई है। पत्रकारों को रोहिंग्या नरसंहार की रिपोर्टिंग करते समय म्यांमार के गोपनीयता कानून के उल्लंघन का दोषी ठहराया गया है। बता दें कि अब मामले को प्रेस की आजादी पर हमला करार दिया गया है। मामले में पेशे से पत्रकार म्यांमार के नागरिक वा लोन (32) ओर क्याव सो ऊ (28) को दिसंबर में गिरफ्तार किया गया था। तब ही से दोनों को यंगून की इनसीन जेल में रखा गया था। शनिवार को 100 पत्रकारों ने यांगोन में दोनों पत्रकारों के समर्थन में मार्च निकाला था। इस मामले ने अतंरराष्ट्रीय समुदाय का ध्यान खींचा है। बताते चलें कि पिछले साल रखाइन राज्य में सुरक्षाबलों ने रोहिंग्या मुस्लिमों को मार दिया था। सेना के दमन की वजह ले सात लाख रोहिंग्या मुस्लिमों ने भागकर बांग्लादेश में शरण ली थी। म्यांमार में सुरक्षाबल उनके स
