Writ Petition seeking inquiry of Siphoning of Thousands of Crores of Public Money - Accused ICICI & other Private Insurance Companies SEX, BRIBE AND POST RETIREMENT BENEFITS SAVING THE ACCUSEDS TOO LONG !!! Delhi: Former Delhi Lok Sabha MP Dr. Udit Raj writes to Chief Justice, Bombay High Court Sh. Dipankar Dutta for taking up his Writ Petition on urgency in seeking CBI inquiry against the accused criminals, high flying corporate officials & MNC’s. Dr. Udit Raj had filed Criminal Writ Petition 4936 of 2017 detailing as to how the private insurers scammed public money running into thousands of Crores,  the petition also refers to the brazenness and threatening of witnesses by Co’ officers (Madan Jalan) of having the judiciary and investigating agencies in his pocket through bribes and arranging sexual gratification. The petition also questions the role of Maharashtra Police in forcing complainant to withdraw complaints of scams by private insurers. The petition also makes out

बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट के वकील अरविन्द अस्वनी कोरोना पीड़ित  Pune: Leading Bombay High Court advocate Shri Arvind Aswani got corona infected . Since last 3 days he is admitted at Covid centre of pune hospital. Presently he is in oxygen support. Advocate Arvind Aswani is appearing for TMC and other public authorites at Bombay High Court. He got infected when he visited a hospital when his father was admitted for health issue. In single visit he got infected from corona. At pune the corona cases are rising and many advocates are infected during visit to courts. At Bombay High Court also the advocates are avoiding physical appearence and judges are adjourning the matters. Due to Covid the physical appearence formula got failed.

The Police and other organisation cannot deny investigation on complaints. In present scenerio the investigation is done only on VIP complaints. Police and other agencies are conducting Inquiry on  common men complaints . The Inquiry means taking statement and investigation means to search till root level. Search and raid is part of investigation which can be done by FIR registration only .  In Hallu & Ors. vs. the State of M.P, it was held that “ Section 154 does not require that the Report must be given by a person who has personal knowledge of the incident reported.
