BOMBAY HIGH COURT JUDGES INCHARGE OF LOWER COURT COMPLAINTS.  Mumbai: Every high court is regulator of all district courts and tribunals etc. The Judges and Magistrates of state are responsible to specific allocated guardian judges. The list of bombay high court Guardian Judges is enclosed . For any violation complaint can be sent with name of guardian judge at rg-bhc@nic.in email id . The registrar general will forward it to concern lordship. Complaint can also be send by post or in chamber of lordship. If High Court Judges do not act then complaint can be registered to supreme court in charge of state or CJI.

MM 64 th Court Deny To Number The Defamation Complaint Without Argument Since 16 Sept 2019. Denied To Issue Certified Copy Without Registration Of Complaint. Mumbai: Chief Metropolitan Magistrate  Esplanda Mumbai Shri MA Shinde  is not taking any initiative to help the complainant to get registration number of a Criminal Defamation Complaint against a top  VVIP  since 16 September 2019. Complainant filed defamation complaint before 64th MM Shri Narendra N Joshi Esplanda Mumbai on 16th Sept 2019 but magistrate asked him to do argument for registration of criminal defamation complaint against the VVIP. Complainant adjourned the argument for 1 week. Later he demanded the Hon'ble MM Narendra N Joshi written order by applying for certified copy. The certified copy department issued receipt to complainant without case number violating standard operating procedure. Mumbai: RTI reply received from PIO Central railway Mumbai division and PIO HQ Central zone which reveals that Cashless transaction Through POS machines which is a dream project of Modi Government proving to be a DampSquib ( Failure)  in Crly Mumbai division at Booking counters and Reservation counter. Out of 521 POS machines installed across Mumbai division of Crly Average 5 Tickets issued per day per POS machine ( Average per day sales of Tkt from Booking and Reservation is 2429+439=2868 Tkts if we divide it by 521 POS machines it hardly comes to Average 5 Tkts per POS round the clock ie all 3 shifts, I think the Officers of Commercial department of Crly Mumbai division failed to promote Cashless Transactions to Passengers and hence this pet project of Modi Government failed .
