No. 68(P) & 70(P), Opp. Govind Garden  Pimple-Saudagar, Pune – 411027  have only 3 floors approval but they have 7-8 floors on record. The excess weight on pillars can damage the buildings and life of 500 approx students are in danger. Recently PCMC provided OC and Fire NOC with illegal floors . The school have high fees structures with all modern facilities .

Mumbai:As per Bombay High Court record  Public Interest Litigation has been filed against TCNS Clothing Company Limited by media reporter for hiding information from small investors. As per petitioner the company failed to provide SEBI observation copy and other material documents. SEBI and other BRLM has been made respondent. Petitioner tried to contact on phone to Company Secretary Mr Piyush Asija but he never attended the call and never call backed him. Petitioner suspect that SEBI has given conditional observation therefore the company is not sharing the SEBI observation which is part of RHP.
