  PIO SILENT ON REGISTRAR  GENERAL POWERS IN RTI REPLY Mumbai: Bombay High Court Registrar General is signing authority of various notifications issued . Many notifications are violating the fundamental rights of party in persons , advocates and administrative procedure. As per RTI reply PIO is silent on RG powers and only supplied his opinion about his duty. As PIO failed to give reference of rule about RG duty so the information provided can be called as "Opinion" . Mumbai: The Economic offence wing of Mumbai Police is investigating complaint against Best Mulyankan Consultant Limited Mumbai,as registered valuer. As per complainant the company has no income tax license to act as registered valuer and it is operating as registered valuer since last 15 year approx. The complainant has requested to register FIR under section 420,120 B,34 etc of IPC against all directors of company. The police will take action as per preliminary investigation.

INDIA DOMESTIC GAS CYLINDER COST ₹ 550 FOR 14KG LPG price increased by Rs95 per cylinder ISLAMABAD: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) on Friday increased the price of locally produced liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) by Rs95 per 11.8kg cylinder for March 2019. According to a notification issued by Ogra, the new price of 11.8kg domestic cylinder will be Rs1,522.65, which would be applicable in March, compared to Rs1,427.63 per cylinder for February. However, contrary to the government’s notified prices, LPG is being sold at exorbitant rates across the country due to weak administrative control of relevant state departments. Civil Defence bans LPG decanting in urban areas At present, LPG is being sold in the range of Rs1,800 to Rs2,300 per cylinder in different parts of the country, including main urban centres. According to the Ogra notification, the producer price of LPG, which contained 40% propane and 60% butane, has been calculated at Rs70,620.09 per ton. Th

India halts the supply of medicinal raw material to Pakistan India ordered to its pharmaceutical companies on Friday to halt the supply of the medicinal raw material used to make life-saving drugs to Pakistan for an indefinite time in the wake tensions between the two countries. “The news of halting the supply to Pakistan was disclosed over the phone,” said  Pakistan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers’ Association Chairperson Dr Kaiser Waheed. According to the Pakistan Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Association, this ban can lead to a lack of medicines in Pakistan in just 10 days.  Around 40% to 50% of the raw material for medicine made in Pakistan is imported from India. “The government has advised that the import of raw material for these medicines from other countries,” said Dr Waheed. Due to the tension between India and Pakistan, a train service running between the two countries, the Samjhota Express, was suspended on Thursday for an indefinite time. However, the Pak-India F
