Mumbai: An Advocate practising at Bombay High Court Shri Atal Dubey request CBI to add IPC 302 Section in FIR. He raised the various proofs/evidences which reflect that Sushant was murdered .
One Doctor Meenakshi Mishra, a dermatologist at Ordinance
Hospital of Defence Ministry, is absolutely confident
that Sushant Singh Rajput was murdered, that too on 13th
June, 2020 and not on 14th June, 2020. As per her
analysis and photographs circulated on social media it is found
on/in Sushant Singh’s body that:
a. Location of ligature mark was on neck which is not possible if a
person is committing suicide. Hanging gives a V mark, however
he was having an O mark on his neck.
b. Eye can’t be closed as in suicide eyes come out/ pop out (Prying
eyes). Almost in every case tongue of the deceased comes
out and mark of a knot on his neck and such a mark is not
seen in a suicide case
c. On his neck blunt force trauma mark is seen, the punch mark
above his left eyebrow and under the eye, and the swollen lips
indicate that he was assaulted. The body of Sushant Singh also
showed knee fracture.
d. The body of Sushant Singh indicated that body is not fresh and
he died more than 10 hours ago.
e. No answer whether he could have hanged himself or not. No
stool or other article was found near his room.
f. As per the hanging cloth, a part by which he was found hanging
may not be the one that caused his death. How did he reach his
fan?
g. No answer whether that particular cloth could bear the weight of Sushant’s body?
