BOOKED LOSS EDUCATION,ROAD,BRIDGE,LIQUOR,MINERALS SCAM रायपुर ।  छत्तीसगढ़ में सरकारी तंत्र में हावी भ्रष्टाचार ने विकास का चक्का तो थामा ही है, सामाजिक क्षेत्रों में सरकारी लूट ने जनता का हक भी छीन लिया। गुरुवार को विधानसभा में पेश भारत के नियंत्रक-महालेखापरीक्षक (कैग) की रिपोर्ट में प्रदेश सरकार पर पिछले 17 साल में जनता का 3146 करोड़ गड़बड़ी का खुलासा हुआ है। यह राशि बजट के बाहर जाकर व्यय की गई है, जिसका कोई हिसाब नहीं है। सड़क, एनीकट, पुल आदि निर्माण कार्यों में तो मनमानी की ही गई है, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, पेयजल जैसी बुनियादी सेवाओं में भी जमकर लूट की गई है। निर्माण कार्यों के 194 प्रोजेक्ट ऐसे हैं, जो एक से दस साल से लंबित हैं। इनमें सरकार के 5912 करोड़ रुपए बेकार हो गए। वहीं सामाजिक, आर्थिक क्षेत्र में 2183 करोड़ की अनियमितता का खुलासा कैग ने किया है। एनीकट: 1093 करोड़ बेकार 280 एनीकट अब तक अपूर्ण हैं, जिनमें 1093 करोड़ बेकार हो गए। कैग ने 79 एनीकट का निरीक्षण किया। चार ऐसे मिले जो जल्द

Few Civilians Getting Directions To Attack Police Engaged In Encounter. Three civilians, militant killed in Chadoora encounter: Police   Srinagar: Four persons including three civilians and a militant were killed Tuesday during an encounter and clashes in Durbugh village of Chadoora area Kashmir’s Budgam district. Deputy Inspector General (DIG), Central Kashmir Range, Ghulam Hassan Bhat said that a militant was killed in an encounter. “One army man was also injured in an encounter,” Bhat told . The militant as per reports has been identified as Touseef Ahmad Wagay son of Ghulam Qadir Wagay Kanjikulla, village of Yaripora area in Kulgam district. The encounter raged between the forces and militants in the wee hours of this morning. “The three civilians were also killed during the clashes that erupted during the encounter in the area,” the DIG said. HALF DEADBODY OF WOMAN EATEN BY DOGS IN RAJGARH DISTRICT HOSPITAL MADHYA PRADESH Rajgarh   रविवार को जिला चिकित्सालय में अस्पताल प्रशासन की ऐसी लापरवाही सामने आई, जहां एक अधेड़ महिला का आधा शव चिकित्सालय के पीछे से शाम 4 बजे मिला। शव की हुई शिनाख्त: उल्लेखनीय है कि साफ-सफाई कर्मचारियों को बदबू आने पर जब उन्होंने अस्पताल के पीछे जाकर देखा, तो वह उन्हें महिला का आधा शव पड़ा मिला, जिसकी सूचना अस्पताल प्रबंधक को देने के साथ ही पुलिस प्रशासन को दी। जिसके बाद अस्पताल के पीछे पहुंची पुलिस और डॉक्टर ने देखा तो महिला की शिनाख्त बिस्मिल्ला खान नाम की महिला के रूप में हुई। प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार गत दिनों उर्स मेले में मधुसूदनगढ़ जिला गुना निवासी बिस्मिल्ला खान नाम की महिला आई थी। जिसकी मेले में तबियत खराब हो जाने के चलते महिला को पुलिस प्रशासन उपचार हेतु जिला चिकित्सालय के महिला वार्ड 11 नंबर पलंग पर भर्ती कराया था। लेकिन 20 मार्च को महिला अपना बिस्तर छोड़ के भाग गई थी।
