Police:IG Office Shahdol Force Closed Complaint Against ASI Dinesh Pandey Umaria Without Inquiry



Shahdol: IG Shahdol Police DIG Shri PS Uke  foreclosed the CM Help Line Complaint against Umaria Kotwali ASI Dinesh Pandey without conducting any statement from complainant. The complainant was having the grievance that ASI Dinesh Pandey called complainant without issuing any summons and threaten him to withdraw complaint against rule of law. He misbheve the complainant inside Police station and threaten the complainant that "U Dont Know the Police Power". He was violating the Hon'ble Supreme court order in Lalitha Kumari Vs State of UP 2013 guidelines to handle the complaint of cognizable offence. As ASI Dinesh Pandey was hand in the gloves of accused so he started threating complainant. The SP Umaria Vikas Kumar Shahwal did not entertained the complaint at L2 level. He just copy pasted the comment of accused ASI in L2 level. Later L3 Shri PS Uke force close the 2 complaints without conducting any investigation. The complainant has approached DGP and IG Shahdol for right to justice. It is also violation of article 14 and 21. The act of L3 PS Uke DIG , Shahdol is also contempt of court. The MP Police rule section 220 and others empower  SP to suspend such errant staff till investigation. The rule of law was not followed by police to save his well wishers. Inspite of request on phone to Shri PS Uke he closed the complaint without natural justice.

RTE & School Quota Of Kalyan Dombivli KDMC Region Thane

 Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Region School Quota and RTE 25% quota details received from RTI reply from KDMC Education department. Almost in all the schools free education seats for income below Rs1lac is vacant .The vacant seats are illegally filled by private school in open category by private schools by taking donations. KDMC education didnot taken any action. Total approved strength of class is 4 times of RTE quota. If RTE 25% quota is 25 then approved students limit is 100 students. Means 75 students from general and 25 from RTE 25% quota. In all the schools students are more than from approved strength and RTE 25% seats are vacant. It means RTE seats are filled by general students. As per RTE Act 2009 poor quota seats ie RTE25% cannot be filled by general quota in any condition and at any class.
