Umaria:Case Filed Against Nehru Convent School And Police TI Varsha Patel Under CRPC 156(3) For FIR Registration

 


Umaria: The Complainant Sk Shrivastava has filed Criminal Complaint Under CRPC 156(3) before Umaria JMFC Shri Abhishek Kumar for registration of FIR . The School Management Satish Burman (Trustee), Sunita Burman (Principal), Ranmat Singh , Umesh Dhurve (District Education Officers ) Janki Sheote- JD Education Shahdol , TI Umaria Varsha Patel, ASI Dinesh Pandey, Ex SDM Neelamber Mishra has been made accused. As per the complaint school management has grabbed the public Nazool land and constructed Unauthorised building violating National Building Code. The bogus agreement was made to register school. The Education department issued recognisation certificate without OC, Fire NOC . Inspite of complaint the DEO and others foreclosed the CM Help line complaint with false report. The Police town inspector Varsha Patel not taken any action on cognizable offence under IPC. The Police inspector delibrately violated the Hon'ble Supreme court FIR Guidelines in lalitha Kumari Case. The ASI Dinesh Pandey called the complainant in Umaria Kotwali and not conducted any preliminary investigation as per CRPC. Due to police corrupt role in favour of school the complaint has been filed . The School Management is charged with IPC 420,468,471 , 120B,337 etc and public servants has been charged with IPC 166A, 218 etc.

Due to lockdown the court not heard the matter. The complainant has filed the transfer application Under CRPC 410 before Hon'ble CJM  to transfer the case from JMFC Shri Abhishek Kumar  court to any court.In past case the JMFC Shri Abhishek Kumar Suppressed the material fact and passed adverse order to protect well wishers in CRPC 156(3) complaint. He skipped the material evidence and converted true incidence to imaginary .As per Hon'ble Supreme Court Supression of facts in order is judicial misconduct. The judicial officer must be impartial in the court of justice. Such act will decrease faith of public in judicial system.

CBSE is Taking Action Against Omkar International School Dombivli and Podar International School Kalyan

Thane: CBSE informed Honorable Bombay High Court in a PIL that it is taking action against Omkar International school (CBSE) MIDC Dombivali East in 8 weeks. The contention is that the Omkar School is operating two other board schools in CBSE premises. As per CBSE affiliation norms no other board school can operate in CBSE premises. As per petitioner the 2 schools from other board ie ICSE and CIE are illegal school and it will attract penalty Rs 10000 per day. The state has not conducted investigation till date. The Podar International school is using CBSE word without affiliation and also have same issue ie other board schools in same premises.
