Mumbai: CBI has got last chance to file reply at Bombay High Court in a Railway Canteen Scam contempt petition where Sr DCM Atul Rane and others are accused  . Earlier CBI court and High Court ordered to register FIR against Central Railway Officials Atul Rane and others. Till date CBI has not registered any FIR and contempt petition was filed by petitioner Ajay Bose in April 2018. Mumbai: Bombay High Court issued notice to coaching class associations and public authorities in a public interest litigation. The petitioner contention is that most of the classes are not following local authority norms and local authorities also not taking any action for such violations across state.
