हॉर्लिक्स में गेहूं का नामो-निशान नहीं, घोषित किया मिसब्रांडेड Bhopal : खाद्य एवं औषधि प्रशासन अमले द्वारा लिए गए हॉर्लिक्स के सैम्पल अमानक निकले भोपाल (नप्र)। सप्लीमेंट फूड के विक्रेता खरीदारों को आकर्षित करने के लिए डिब्बे में कई तरह के पोषक तत्व होने का दावा करते हैं, लेकिन असल में उस उत्पाद में वे तत्व होते ही नहीं हैं। इससे खरीदार अनजाने में ठग लिए जाते हैं। इसका सबूत हाल ही में खाद्य एवं औषधि प्रशासन अमले द्वारा लिए गए हॉर्लिक्स के सैम्पल से मिलता है।हॉर्लिक्स के डिब्बे पर गेहूं का चित्र बना था, लेकिन जब खाद्य एवं औषधि प्रयोगशाला में इसकी जांच की गई, तो उसमें गेहूं का नामो-निशान भी नहीं मिला। इसे मिसब्रांडेड घोषित किया गया। अब जिला खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी विक्रेता के विरुद्घ एडीएम कोर्ट में मामला पेश करने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं।खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारियों ने गौतम नगर स्थित एसके एजेंसी से वूमन हॉर्लिक्स का नमूना लिया था। यह महिलाओं के लिए सप्लीमेंट पदार्थ था, जिसके शक्तिवर्धक होने का दावा किया जा रहा था। डिब्बे के ऊपर गेहूं का चित्र बना था। लेकिन अंदर गेहूं के अंश नहीं थे

एक सेशन कोर्ट जज को यौन शोषण के आरोप लगने पर सस्पेंड कर दिया गया है। जज के खिलाफ कोर्ट की ही एक स्टाफ मेंबर ने शिकायत की थी। जब जज एमटी गायकवाड़ स्पेशल नारकोटिक्स ऐंड साइकोट्रॉपिक सब्सटान्सेस (एनडीपीएस) ऐक्ट कोर्ट में थे, तब उन पर ये इल्जाम लगाए गए।  कर्मचारी ने अनुचित व्यवहार का आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि जज ने उन्हें आपत्तिजनक तरीके से घूरा। शुरुआती जांच के दौरान अन्य कर्मचारियों ने भी इस तरह के आरोप लगाए। बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट की रजिस्ट्रार जनरल शालिनी जोशी ने मंगलवार को जज के निलंबन की पुष्टि की। उन्होंने कहा, 'शुरुआती जांच में ठोस आधार मिलने पर ही जज को सस्पेंड किया गया है।'  जज के खिलाफ करीब तीन हफ्ते पहले शिकायत दर्ज कराई गई थी। पोक्सो के तहत मामलों की सुनवाई करने वाले स्पेशल जज एसडी तूलांकर ने इस शिकायत की शुरुआती जांच की।  हाई कोर्ट की सबसे सीनियर प्रसानिक अधिकारी जोशी ने कहा कि गायकवाड़ के खिलाफ विभागीय जांच की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा, 'सेशन कोर्ट या हाई कोर्ट के कोई सीनियर जज मामले की जांच करेंगे। इसका फैसला बाम्बे हाई कोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस करेंगे।'  A judge

The research team got threatening email of police action for asking details from Shri GS Rahane.  Vijaya Classes Thane also received the award but as per discussion with Ms Usha Sridhar the quality brand team  contact the vijay classes for the award. Later they collected few papers and selected vijay classes for award. These three institutions have hijacked the present draft  of the bill, i.e. at present it is “Valuer’s Bill without Valuer”. A high level committee has to be formed to redraft the bill which should involve Competent Valuers,  Advocates, retried govt. officers, retried judges, etc. We have to download all the present Valuation  Acts/Bills of other countries and extract from it whichever is suitable in Indian scenario and  beneficial to us; however it should include all
