Mumbai: As per High Court Order  RPF Western railway taking  Continuous action  against the unauthorized travelling in luggage coaches by Railway Protection Force in suburban section. As a result, in 2018, a total of 32143 persons were arrested and prosecuted in the Honourable Court, where the Honourable Court punished them with a penalty of Rs.81.36 Lakhs. And in the year 2019, till May, total 12,582 persons were arrested and penalized by the Honourable Court by imposing a fine of Rs.30.27 Lakhs. करीब ७०% जनहित याचिकाएं एक ही सुनवाई में खत्म की ! क्यों चोरो को फायदा हो रहा है? मुंबई : बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट के मुख्या न्यायधीश  Pradeep  Nandrajog धड़ाधड़ जनहित याचिकाएं dispose करते जा रहे है. उनकी  बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट में नियुक्ति अप्रैल 2019 मं हुई थी।  तब से अब तक करीब ७० परसेंट  PIL's Dispose  हो चुकी है। याचिका में छोटी मोटी  गलती निकली जाती है  और सुधारने का समय दिए बिना ख़ारिज कर दी जाती है. ख़ारिज करते वक़्त कोई सेक्शन नहीं बताया जाता. बात को भी रिकॉर्ड पर नहीं लेते. कई याचिकाओं में तो कानून को किनारे रख कर मनमाना आर्डर पास हो जाते है. मोदी राज : जनता के पैसे से मजे करेंगे मंत्री-अधिकारी  नई दिल्ली . स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय ने पौष्टिक आहार को बढ़ावा देने का फैसला लिया है। इसके अंतर्गत विभाग ने बैठकों के दौरान में बिस्किट (कुकीज) या फास्ट फूड के बजाय भुना चना, बादाम और अखरोट जैसे खाद्य पदार्थ पेश करने की बात कही है। इस संबंध में 19 जून को स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने एक सर्कुलर जारी किया। इसके मुताबिक मीटिंग में तत्काल प्रभाव से अपौष्टिक आहार के प्रयोग पर पाबंदी लगाने को कहा।  मंत्रालय के एक अधिकारी ने न्यूज एजेंसी से कहा- मंत्री खुद डॉक्टर हैं। वे फास्ड फूड खाने से होने वाले नुकसानों को जानते हैं। उन्होंने ही इसे हटाए जाने का आदेश दिया है। हम लोग इस फैसले से खुश हैं। पहले प्लास्टिक बोतलों के उपयोग पर रोक लगाई स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने इससे पहले पीने के पानी के लिए प्लास्टिक की बोतलों के इस्तेमाल पर रोक लगाने का निर्णय किया था। इस कदम का स्वागत दूसरे मंत्रालयों ने भी किया था। अब विभागों की सभाओं में कांच के जार और रिसाइकल होने वाले पेपर ग्लास का उपयोग किया जा रहा है। अब हो सकता है कि बाकी मंत्रालय भी सभ

FIR किस प्रकार लिखे: हम सभी को जीवन में कभी न कभी FIR लिखना ही पड़ जाता है चाहे खुद के लिये या किसी जानने वाले के लिये। अक्सर लोगो की शिकायत होती है कि उनकी FIR थाने में नहीं लिखी गई, या फिर मजिस्ट्रेट के यहाँ FIR के लिये किया गया आवेदन निरस्त हो गया। इसके तो कई कारण होते है किंतु एक कारण ये भी होता है की आपके लिखने के तरीके से वह एक सामान्य निवेदन पत्र लगता है और उससे कोई खास अपराध नहीं लगता है। जिस कारण से वह FIR में न लिखकर डेली डायरी में लिख दिया जाता है। FIR को कम से कम शब्दों में स्पस्ट और पूरे मामले को लिखना चाहिये क्योंकि न्यायालय में आपका केस इसी आधार पे चलता है । आप सबको मैं आसान भाषा में FIR को लिखने का तरीका बताना चाहूँगा क्योंकि कईबार पढ़े लिखे लोग भी FIR लिखने में गलती कर देते है। सबसे पहले आप एक सादा पेपर ले और उसपर 1 से 9 तक नंबर लिख ले, फिर उन सब के सामने K लिख ले, बस हो गया आपका FIR । अब मै आपको 9K के बारे में बताना चाहूँगा की ये 9K का क्या मतलब होता है । (1) कब (तारीख और समय)- FIR में आप घटना के समय और तारीख की जानकारी लिखे । (2) कहा (जगह)- घटना कहाँ

As per Section 3 of Maharashtra Fire Prevention and life safety act 2006 every hospitals have to take separate Fire NOC.
