  14 July 2023 Delhi : Supreme Court Judge Shri Sanjiv Khanna denied to hear the contempt petition filed against Bombay High Court Ex Chief Justice and Bharti dangre Judge . Contempt was filed for passing order against SC Constitution bench order Anita Kushwaha vs Pushpa Sadan 2016 . As per this order the access to justice is fundamental right of citizen and non citizen. Sapan Shrivastava filed PIL against illegal operation of CISCE operated ICSE and ISC board at Bombay High Court . In Sept 2019  PIL Civil 159/2016 both the judges passed order and given clean chit to CISCE without State reply, justice hurried is justice buried manner. To safe guard the interest of CISCE they penalize petitioner of Rs 5 Lac and passed order that he cannot file any petition till payment of penalty. It is violation of SC constitution bench order.   Mumbai: When ever a certified copy of order is applied to Bombay High Court the staff  supply it to applicant and writing sd in place of hon'ble Judge signature. When the question is asked with the section officer signing certified copy that under which rule the signatures of judge are hided in order then she said that there is probability of copying judges signature by persons so we are hiding judges signature since last 20 years approx. When applicant said to officer that Police will take action for this crime then officer said the it is SOP to mask judges signatures in order. As per visit many people said that many orders are unsigned and many are signed by no body has seen seal of judge in the order.  It can only be verified by certified copy.  An RTI application was filed before BHC RTI department to know the provisions under which Hon'ble Judge signatures are hided then the PIO given whimsical reply that he did not understand the question. CONDUCTING INQUIRY SINCE LAST 4 YEARS TO SAVE POLICE OFFICIAL. 2 JUDGES CHANGED IN 4 YEARS Thane : एक आदमी ने मुंब्रा POLICE इंस्पेक्टर और dcp पर SC ST Act में crpc 156 का CASE July 2019 में दायर किया। आरोप था कि आरोपियों ने POLICE STATION में जाति सूचक गंदी गली दी और फर्जी केस बनाया। कोर्ट में caste certificate भी दिया पर जज साहब ऑर्डर ही नही कर रहे। अब complainant भी थक चुका है। SC ST ACT में FIR पहले और inquiry बाद में होती है। कोर्ट ने ना अब तक रिपोर्ट मंगवाई न FIR का आदेश दिया। आरोपी पुलिस वाले है और जज साहब के हितेषी है बाकी  संविधान तो इन दोनो की जेब मे है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के कई आदेश के बावजूद जिला अदालत सोई हुई है। कोर्ट पुलिस के कारण चार साल से FIR नही हो पा रही। ऐसी स्थिति सभी जिलों में है SC ST SPECIAL COURTS में कई मामले सालो से FIR के लिए PENDING है  The Act was further amended in 2018.  SEBI IS SILENT IN THE LISTING IRREGULARTIES OF INFOSYS...   Infosys made an initial public offer in February 1993 and was listed on stock exchanges in India in June 1993. But the SEBi Website does not shows the copy of DRHP AND RHP of Infosys. The SEBI was formed in  April 1992. The Securities and Exchange Board of India was established on  April 12, 1992  in accordance with the provisions of  the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 . So why Infosys details are not available on SEBI IPO approved list. The Infosys investor department also silent on this issue after request made to clarify listing approvals details. Now people should file RTI and do research on it. Companies should upload all permission letter in their portal of listing, right issue, LOF etc . Infosys was listed on 14 June 1993 as per SEBI reply.
