Thane: Case filed at Bombay High Court against Hotel Tip Top Plaza Thane for not complying various NOC's of local authority. As per petitioner the Occupation Certificate and Final Fire NOC is missing in Thane Municipal Corporation Records. It is violation of Municipal and Fire act. Around 4 Thousand citizens died in fire incident at Mumbai. Petitioner demanded sealing of hotel till compliance. Matter Will listed soon to ACJ Bench.
