Mumbai: A new generation lawyer Ms Sadhna Kumar is providing justice to poor people with lowest fees. Now a days advocates are demanding more than Rs1lac per case but advocate Sadhna Kumar is doing favour within their limits. In past she has released the marksheet in Rs2000 only of cambridge student. She is also fighting for justice in a lady advocate murder case of Thakurli.As per her guidance Ms Hinaa Shaikh has dragged builder at High court in Rs 1000 only. As her clients are from medium class to lower class but her motivation does not suffered . She is fighting high level public interest litigation free of cost for national interest.She is having well understanding of law in less spam of time and prompt in result.

CBSE is Taking Action Against Omkar International School Dombivli and Podar International School Kalyan

Thane: CBSE informed Honorable Bombay High Court in a PIL that it is taking action against Omkar International school (CBSE) MIDC Dombivali East in 8 weeks. The contention is that the Omkar School is operating two other board schools in CBSE premises. As per CBSE affiliation norms no other board school can operate in CBSE premises. As per petitioner the 2 schools from other board ie ICSE and CIE are illegal school and it will attract penalty Rs 10000 per day. The state has not conducted investigation till date. The Podar International school is using CBSE word without affiliation and also have same issue ie other board schools in same premises. As per CBSE website affiliation has not been renewed of Omkar School since expiry.
