Kalthia Group : Illegal Mining notice from MP Government in Road Construction


Shahdol:  Kalthia Engineering and Construction Limited Ahmedabad -Illegal minor mineral notice has been issued by MP road development Corporation  for Katni-Umaria-Shahdol national highway 78. As per complaint the company used huge amount of minor minerals but bills not submitted to mining department Umaria. It proves the minor minerals used from illegal or thefted source. It is offence under IPC 379 and 411.It also attract 30 times penalty as per MP minor minerals rules. Company is not replying the government notice till date.
 Kalthia Engineering & Construction Ltd. (KECL) for infrastructure development - especially roads, dams, canals, bridges and commissioning/erecting of tubular towers for Wind Power project etc. KECL has an excellent track record of successful completion of many challenging projects. In view of this KECL has been awarded AA Class contractor certificate with special category 1 HMP & P.F. with GOG for roads and irrigation vide Reg. No. AA/Renewal 11 dated 02.01.2008 up to 31.12.2010.

CBSE is Taking Action Against Omkar International School Dombivli and Podar International School Kalyan

Thane: CBSE informed Honorable Bombay High Court in a PIL that it is taking action against Omkar International school (CBSE) MIDC Dombivali East in 8 weeks. The contention is that the Omkar School is operating two other board schools in CBSE premises. As per CBSE affiliation norms no other board school can operate in CBSE premises. As per petitioner the 2 schools from other board ie ICSE and CIE are illegal school and it will attract penalty Rs 10000 per day. The state has not conducted investigation till date. The Podar International school is using CBSE word without affiliation and also have same issue ie other board schools in same premises. As per CBSE website affiliation has not been renewed of Omkar School since expiry.
