अभी बैंक डिपॉजिटर्स को 1 लाख रुपये तक की रकम पर ही डिपॉजिट इंश्योरेंस ऐंड क्रेडिट गारंटी कॉरपोरेशन (DICGC) की गारंटी मिलती है। बैंक खाते में जमा 1 लाख रुपये से ऊपर जितनी रकम बचती है, उसके लिए डिपॉजिटर्स का क्लेम अनसिक्योर्ड क्रेडिटर्स के बराबर माना जाता है। इन आशंकाओं के बीच अथॉरिटीज ने बैंकों में जमा राशि के लिए सिक्यॉरिटी कवर बढ़ाने पर भी विचार किया था। 

2019 लोकसभा चुनाव से पहले किसी विवाद से बचने और आशंकित निवेशकों को शांत करने के लिए मोदी सरकार फाइनैंशल रेजॉलूशन ऐंड डिपॉजिट इंश्योरेंस (FRDI) बिल, 2017 को ठंडे बस्ते में डाल सकती है और इसे संसद के मौजूदा सत्र में पेश नहीं करेगी। इसे 11 अगस्त 2017 को लोकसभा में पेश किया गया था। प्रस्तावित बिल के एक प्रावधान की वजह से डिपॉजिटर्स के बीच दुविधा और आशंकाओं का माहौल बन गया। 

बैंकों को दिवालिया होने से बचाने के लिए, ड्राफ्ट बिल में 'लायबिलिटीज को राइट डाउन' करने का प्रस्ताव है, जिसकी व्याख्या कुछ लोगों ने बेल-इन के रूप में की। इससे अधिकतर लोगों को लगा कि बैंकों में जमा उनका धन खतरे में पड़ सकता है। कई राज्यों में लोगों ने एटीएम से नकदी निकासी भी शुरू कर दी जिससे कैश किल्लत होने लगी। 

Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation (DICGC) is a subsidiary of Reserve Bank of India. It was established on 15 July 1978 under Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation Act, 1961 for the purpose of providing insurance of deposits and guaranteeing of credit facilities. DICGC insures all bank deposits, such as saving, fixed, current, Recurring_deposit for up to the limit of Rs. 100,000 of each deposits in a bank
The functions of the DICGC (Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation)are governed by the provisions of 'The Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation Act, 1961' (DICGC Act) and 'The Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation General Regulations, 1961' framed by the Reserve Bank of India in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 50 of the said Act.[2]
A maximum of Rs 1,00,000 is insured for each user for both principal and interest amount. If the customer has accounts in different banks, all of those accounts are insured to a maximum of Rs 1,00,000. However, if there are more accounts in same bank, all of those are treated as a single account. The insurance premium is paid by the insured banks itself. This means that the benefit of deposit insurance protection is made available to the depositors or customers of banks free of cost. The Corporation has the power to cancel the registration of an insured bank if it fails to pay the premium for three consecutive half-year periods. The Corporation may restore the registration of the bank, which has been de-registered for non-payment of premium, if the concerned bank makes a request in this behalf and pays all the amounts due by way of premium from the date of default together with interest.

Almost in all the schools free education seats for income below Rs1lac is vacant .The vacant seats are illegally filled by private school in open category by private schools by taking donations. KDMC education didnot taken any action. Total approved strength of class is 4 times of RTE quota. If RTE 25% quota is 25 then approved students limit is 100 students.
