PIL Against Bhiwandi Tehsildar For JMC Projects Royalty theft Issue

THESILDAR BHIWANDI AND MINING OFFICER NOT INVESTIGATING 3600 BRASS MINOR MINERALS SOURCE

THANE: PIL filed for investigation of source of minor mineral used by JMC Projects India Limited for construction of 3km flyover bridge at Bhiwandi from Saibaba Mandir to Rajiv Chowk.
As per Tehsildar bhiwandi they have paid Rs 14,40000  for 3600 brass as per MMRDA instruction on Jan2016. But the Mining Officer and Tehsildar not doing investigation of source of minor mineral.
Petitioner suspect that the source is illegal and violation of section 48(7) Of Maharashtra Land revenue code. MMRDA, Tehsildar Bhiwandi, JMC Project, Mining Officer Thane, Police Commissioner, State Of Maharashtra , Union of India has been made respondent.

CBSE is Taking Action Against Omkar International School Dombivli and Podar International School Kalyan

Thane: CBSE informed Honorable Bombay High Court in a PIL that it is taking action against Omkar International school (CBSE) MIDC Dombivali East in 8 weeks. The contention is that the Omkar School is operating two other board schools in CBSE premises. As per CBSE affiliation norms no other board school can operate in CBSE premises. As per petitioner the 2 schools from other board ie ICSE and CIE are illegal school and it will attract penalty Rs 10000 per day. The state has not conducted investigation till date. The Podar International school is using CBSE word without affiliation and also have same issue ie other board schools in same premises. As per CBSE website affiliation has not been renewed of Omkar School since expiry.
