Why Delay In PIL's Hearing At Bombay High Court? Request To Hear Only PIL's Once In a Week...

PIL's ARE NOT GETTING SPACE IN CAUSE LIST AND MANY NOT LISTED FOR MORE THAN SIX MONTHS. AFTER MENTIONING 3 WEEKS DATES ARE RECEIVED BUT NOT CONFIRMED FOR LISTING.
Mumbai: Since the departure of CJ Smt Manjula Chellur the Public Interest Litigations are getting most suffered. In her tenure she was listening PIL's on every thursday and friday of week. Due to this every PIL get listed on board and heard.
After her retirement the PIL's are got distributed to other division benches of Bombay High Court. As per different acts the cases are allotted to many division benches. Inspite of this gentle action by Acting Chief Justice the PIL's are not reaching on board and respondents are taking this as advantage. Many division benches have PIL's on bottom of the priority list. Subject of Education has been more affected . Honorable Justice Dharmadhikari's supplement board is never finished and PIL's and other main matters are unable to reach. His bench is overburden and only 20-25 matters are able to reach but more than 150 matters are getting listed on daily basis. Things are little better with Justice More and Shri Naresh Patil. But in overall scenario PIL's are badly affected at Bombay high Court.
Due to interest in large and delay causing hurt to nation a social activist requested to Honorable Acting CJ to give direction to all division benches to allot single day in week of PIL's. As 10 days has been passed no such directions may has been noticed by peoples at Bombay high Court.

RTE & School Quota Of Kalyan Dombivli KDMC Region Thane

 Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Region School Quota and RTE 25% quota details received from RTI reply from KDMC Education department. Almost in all the schools free education seats for income below Rs1lac is vacant .The vacant seats are illegally filled by private school in open category by private schools by taking donations. KDMC education didnot taken any action. Total approved strength of class is 4 times of RTE quota. If RTE 25% quota is 25 then approved students limit is 100 students. Means 75 students from general and 25 from RTE 25% quota. In all the schools students are more than from approved strength and RTE 25% seats are vacant. It means RTE seats are filled by general students. As per RTE Act 2009 poor quota seats ie RTE25% cannot be filled by general quota in any condition and at any class.
