Mumbai: A Public Interest Litigation has been filed at Bombay High Court for issuance of license without proper documents for Saketh Exim Limited 3 number Vasai located Factories by DISH Maharashtra(Ministry Of Labour). Petitioner requested for immediate closure of factories of Saketh Exim Ltd for safety of employees .Soon it will listed for interim relief sought by petitioner Sapan Shrivastava.
