SEBI IPO: No Definition Of Observation Word As Per ICDR Regulation

Mumbai:SEBI have ICDR 2009 regualtions to approve any IPO and right issue. In all IPO SEBI provided observations as per clause 6 of ICDR regulation. The objections of such observations should be cleared by company. SEBI say we do not approve nor certify any IPO . The definition of OBSERVATION not available in ICDR regulation. People are cofused that What is the meaning of observation ie approval, suggestion, comment, etc. As per RTI reply SEBI has no information about the word OBSERVATION.

CBSE is Taking Action Against Omkar International School Dombivli and Podar International School Kalyan

Thane: CBSE informed Honorable Bombay High Court in a PIL that it is taking action against Omkar International school (CBSE) MIDC Dombivali East in 8 weeks. The contention is that the Omkar School is operating two other board schools in CBSE premises. As per CBSE affiliation norms no other board school can operate in CBSE premises. As per petitioner the 2 schools from other board ie ICSE and CIE are illegal school and it will attract penalty Rs 10000 per day. The state has not conducted investigation till date. The Podar International school is using CBSE word without affiliation and also have same issue ie other board schools in same premises.
