Complaint Against Judicial Registrars of Bombay High Court Ajit N Mare ,VR Kachare,RM Joshi

Mumbai: Complaint Against Judicial Registrar 1 and 2 of Bombay High Court by a party in person for violation of OS and Appellate side rules. A Media Reporter and Party in Person is regularly filing PILs at BHC since last 3-4 years. In Sept 2015 high court made scrutiny committee for party in persons so that OS and AS rules should be complied . The objective of the committee was to maintain discipline in court. A word COMPETENT was also added in the guideline but definition was not provided . The Registrar Judicial 1 and 2 Shri Ajit N Mare , VR Kachare and Ex Reg RM Joshi are rejecting the applications of many party in persons by using word "COMPETENT" with comment that he can not assist the court. This Judicial filtration plant is against SC Right to Justice order and also violation of article 14 and 21. In the absence of definition in guideline the committee members are abusing their power against fundamental rights of citizens. They are doing discrimination in the name of education,dress code, language, state wise, religion etc with prejudice in nature. The prayer is that "The Disciplinary Authority should impose Major Penalties against Scrutiny Committee members under section 5 of The Maharashtra Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules 1979.  " Complaint is addressed to Honorable  SC,Law Minister,Chief Minister, Honorable Governor, Registrar General  and ACJ Of Bombay High Court. Due to such rejection many qualified party in persons are suffering in court premises and Judges are also feeling inconvenience . Complaint is marked to Shri Tatde Registrar Inspection 1 by Registrar General.
