In Share Loss Case SAT Mumbai Directed SEBI to File Reply For Compensation With Interest As Per Company Act ......

 




Mumbai: Securities Appellant Tribunal Mumbai ordered SEBI to File Reply In Share loss compensation claim appeal in Bharat Global Developers Limited Shares . Investors filed case before SAT Mumbai to claim Rs 5cr Approx Loss from Rs 1400 to 100 rs fall. Appellant has enclosed RTI reply that there was irregularities in share trading in BGDL shares . Taking this ground the investors claimed loss with 15 Percent interest before SAT court Mumbai. The SAT satisfied on appellant claim and directed SEBI to file say in this claim. SEBI has not opposed the investors claim but said that BGDL documents has been destructed due to 10 years limitation. Here is in progress in this Share and Future Option loss claim case. Investors can file case with SAT to claim Share loss (F&O also ) with the backing of law.

CBSE is Taking Action Against Omkar International School Dombivli and Podar International School Kalyan

Thane: CBSE informed Honorable Bombay High Court in a PIL that it is taking action against Omkar International school (CBSE) MIDC Dombivali East in 8 weeks. The contention is that the Omkar School is operating two other board schools in CBSE premises. As per CBSE affiliation norms no other board school can operate in CBSE premises. As per petitioner the 2 schools from other board ie ICSE and CIE are illegal school and it will attract penalty Rs 10000 per day. The state has not conducted investigation till date. The Podar International school is using CBSE word without affiliation and also have same issue ie other board schools in same premises. As per CBSE website affiliation has not been renewed of Omkar School since expiry.
