In Share Loss Case SAT Mumbai Directed SEBI to File Reply For Compensation With Interest As Per Company Act ......
Mumbai: Securities Appellant Tribunal Mumbai ordered SEBI to File Reply In Share loss compensation claim appeal in Bharat Global Developers Limited Shares . Investors filed case before SAT Mumbai to claim Rs 5cr Approx Loss from Rs 1400 to 100 rs fall. Appellant has enclosed RTI reply that there was irregularities in share trading in BGDL shares . Taking this ground the investors claimed loss with 15 Percent interest before SAT court Mumbai. The SAT satisfied on appellant claim and directed SEBI to file say in this claim. SEBI has not opposed the investors claim but said that BGDL documents has been destructed due to 10 years limitation. Here is in progress in this Share and Future Option loss claim case.
