CPWD is Constructing Buildings Without Municipal Permission , Antop Hill Mumbai CGHS Colony Is Unauthorized Construction.....

 



Mumbai: As per RTI reply the CGS Colony Antophill buildings are not having Municipal NOC . The CPWD has done construction of 10k CGHS quarters for public servants has not taken Commencement certificate and Occupation certificate as per Maharashtra Municipal act 1888. As per Govt building act 1899 if people stay in building then local authority NOC is mandatory. Govt agency cannot make building for people without local municipal NOC as water supply and drainage to be provided by them only. If no NOC taken then How can such structure comply with the word Premise? If it does not qualify the word premises then how can government cut house rent from salary? Public servants are bound to pay house rent without the structure comply to be house as per definition by municipal act.

Mahatma Gandhi Adopted Feroze Khan For Indira Marriage & Gave "Gandhi" Surname

Mahatma Gandhi Given His Surname To Indra as "Gandhi" Nehru-Khan-Gandhi Dynasty : Jawaharlal Nehru was the first prime minister of modern India, and he ruled the country from 1947 to 1964.  He was born on 14th November 1889, to Motilal and Swarup Rani Nehru.  The family belonged to a Kashmiri Brahmin tribe called ‘ Pandit.’   Indira Gandhi, daughter of Jawaharlal Nehru, became prime minister of India in 1966. Mrs. Gandhi was born on November 19, 1917 to Jawaharlal and Kamala Nehru.  She was named Indira Priyadarshini Nehru. She fell in love and decided to marry Feroze Khan, a family friend.
