Delhi: Former Delhi Lok Sabha MP Dr. Udit Raj writes to Chief Justice, Bombay High Court Sh. Dipankar Dutta for taking up his Writ Petition on urgency in seeking CBI inquiry against the accused criminals, high flying corporate officials & MNC’s. Dr. Udit Raj had filed Criminal Writ Petition 4936 of 2017 detailing as to how the private insurers scammed public money running into thousands of Crores, the petition also refers to the brazenness and threatening of witnesses by Co’ officers (Madan Jalan) of having the judiciary and investigating agencies in his pocket through bribes and arranging sexual gratification. The petition also questions the role of Maharashtra Police in forcing complainant to withdraw complaints of scams by private insurers. The petition also makes out a case as to how erstwhile Chairman of IRDA ‘TS Vijayan’ apparently compromised himself through immoral sexual indulgences, Vijayan is being currently questioned by the ED for his role in YES Bank. Dr. Udit Raj been relentlessly pursuing the scam and except for some friendly warning, IRDA did everything to whitewash the crime – the private insurers ICICI Group, Future Generali Group etc… through bribes, extending sexual favours and giving post retirement cushy postings to IRDA members been evading the law for too long. The scam by private insurers involved Global Tax Havens & Global Depository Receipts. Dr. Udit Raj had earlier complained to Alok Verma (Director CBI) as to how Jayesh Thaikandy (the then GM Legal of ICICI) colluded with Chanda Kochhar to siphon public money, running into thousands of Crores, copy of the said letter available in public domain. The role of investigating agencies and IRDA in protecting the accused criminals comes under the scanner and inspite of crying evidences, private insurers through their battery of Senior Counsels misguided the Court to avoid orders of investigation for the past around Four Years. Earlier Office of ICICI was raided by CBI but it didn’t proceed beyond registering a PE. It is expected suitable orders will be now passed in ordering inquiry against the Criminally Accused officers of private insurers including Chanda Kochhar, Jayesh Thaikandy, Madan Jalan & others.

The ACCUSED INSURERS/IRDA through its counsels, been taking adjournments on flimsy grounds seeking time to file reply, last chance was granted to them, more than six months have passed yet many of the respondents haven’t complied with the order.
