BEST MULYANKAN CONSULTANT LTD NOT REGISTERED AS VALUER 
MUMBAI: As per Income tax Addl CIT HQ Mr Naveen Gupta the Best Mulyankan Consultant LTD is fake valuer and not registered under section 34AB of Wealth tax act. The company is doing valuation business in all PSU and Pvt bank since last 15 years. So as per law their reports got null and void.

In India Income tax is regulator for valuers registration under wealth tax act 1957. The Body corporates are not allowed under section 34 AC of wealth tax act 1957. As Officers are hand in the gloves so they deny action against illegal valuer. It is also criminal offence to claim valuer without 34 AB registration under IPC. Many public authorities are taking services of illegal valuers since last 15 years so their reports are null and void as per law. Recently IBBI started valuers registration but there also companies are not registered till date.

Almost in all the schools free education seats for income below Rs1lac is vacant .The vacant seats are illegally filled by private school in open category by private schools by taking donations.
