Designated Partners of Deloitte India Valuation Llp are Pai Nandita Shyamsunder, Billimoria Pinkesh Dhansukhlal and Rane Amol Malharrao. 

Kindly check that this body corporate is doing cat 6 valuation with the aforesaid partners. It is violation of section 34 AC and 34 AB. Also check the 34 AB registration of their partners under wealth tax act 1957. Take action as per provision of law if they found to be fake valuers.

REPLY: As per records available in this office, no certificate of registration as valuer u/s 34 AB of the Wealth Tax Act, 1957, has been granted to M/s Deloitte India Valuation LLP and Ms. Pai Nandita Shyamsunder, Shri Billimoria Pinkesh Dhansukhlal & Shri Rane Amol Malharrao by the O/o Pr. CCIT, Mumbai. The complainant has not furnished any documentary evidence which shows that M/s Deloitte India Valuation LLP and Ms. Pai Nandita Shyamsunder, Shri Billimoria Pinkesh Dhansukhlal & Shri Rane Amol Malharrao are doing valuation in contravention to the provisions of section 34AC of Wealth Tax Act, 1957, therefore no remedial action can be taken at this stage. Further, this office has no control / jurisdiction over the nature of business being carried out by any firm/company. In view of the above, the grievance is treated as disposed at this stage.


In India Income tax is regulator for valuers registration under wealth tax act 1957. The Body corporates are not allowed under section 34 AC of wealth tax act 1957. As Officers are hand in the gloves so they deny action against illegal valuer. It is also criminal offence to claim valuer without 34 AB registration under IPC. Many public authorities are taking services of illegal valuers since last 15 years so their reports are null and void as per law. Recently IBBI started valuers registration but there also companies are not registered till date.

RTE & School Quota Of Kalyan Dombivli KDMC Region Thane

 Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Region School Quota and RTE 25% quota details received from RTI reply from KDMC Education department. Almost in all the schools free education seats for income below Rs1lac is vacant .The vacant seats are illegally filled by private school in open category by private schools by taking donations. KDMC education didnot taken any action. Total approved strength of class is 4 times of RTE quota. If RTE 25% quota is 25 then approved students limit is 100 students. Means 75 students from general and 25 from RTE 25% quota. In all the schools students are more than from approved strength and RTE 25% seats are vacant.
