IIT Bombay Denied Copy Of ICSE Certificate Of IIT Director Delhi Rangan Banerjee In RTI - Fake Board Case

 

Mumbai: Rangan Banerjee IIT Delhi director passed 10th from ICSE board which is fake govt recognize board as per HRD and State RTI reply. He called ICSE as recognise board from State of Maharashtra and got BE degree and IIT Job as Assistant professor at IIT Bombay. The complainant registered complaint to Powai police station to register FIR against Rangan banerjee for fake certificate under IPC 420,467,468,120B etc. Later the case was filed before andheri court ie 66 MM court. The court directed complainant  to submit copy of his certificate in next hearing . Applicant filed RTI application but IIT Bombay denied information as personal document under section 8(1)(J) of RTI act 2005 . It is against CIC order and various SC Order as certificates of public servants are public record and cannot be hided. CISCE operating ICSE and ISC Board across India as govt recognise board which is crime under law as many students got govt job and degree on the basis of ICSE certificate.

APPEAL : The PIO denied the copy of 10th class certificate of Mr Rangan Banerjee IIT delhi director . As He passed from fake govt recognised ICSE board so case under CRPC 156 is pending before Hon'ble Andher MM court for registration of FIR. The certificate of public servant are public document so denial under section 8 (1)(J) is unconstitutional. Law does not permit to protect the wrong doers. As per CIC/CC/A/2014/000666 order Rajesh Madhukant vs Hemwati Nandan Bhanguna Garhwal University dated 14 Dec 2016 certificate of education are public document . Plz find enclosed the copy of order . 

The Commission held that once a student passes an examination and qualifies to secure a degree, the degree and passing details cannot be treated as private or third party information. Passing an examination is a qualification and awarding the degree such as 10th Class, 12th Class or Intermediate, graduation or post graduation, is a public activity and that certificate is a public document generated by a public institution. The academic institutions awarding such degrees under a statutory authority are discharging their statutory duties such as registering the qualification details and degree related information. Hence, the degree or academic qualification related information need to be accessible to the citizen.
