Mankind Pharma IPO : Police Complaint Against IPO Fraud At Mumbai Police Station

 



Mumbai: Mankind Pharma Delhi Based Company has launched IPO of Rs 4300 Cr Approx IPO . The SEBI has given observation as per ICDR regulation. Naveen Saxena AGM Corporate Finance Department  Of SEBI has issued observation and directed them to comply. As per IPO terminology observations means objection. Inspite to clear objection and take NOC  the Mankind Pharma Filed prospectus before ROC delhi and issue process to list IPO. Complainant made complaint to Mankind that many compliance is pending as per SEBI norms but company denied information about such compliance. The CFD SEBI also given silence approval to gohead .  The Police complaint is filed before BKC Police Station Mumbai under SEBI Jurisdiction to register FIR under IPC 420 ,467,468,120b,34,406,409,155A etc against directors and SEBI Officer Naveen Saxena under CRPC 154. Now the police has to do preliminary inquiry within 2 weeks as per SC Lalita Kumari Constitution bench order . It is against the interest of small investor to launch IPO without compliance.

RTE & School Quota Of Kalyan Dombivli KDMC Region Thane

 Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Region School Quota and RTE 25% quota details received from RTI reply from KDMC Education department. Almost in all the schools free education seats for income below Rs1lac is vacant .The vacant seats are illegally filled by private school in open category by private schools by taking donations. KDMC education didnot taken any action. Total approved strength of class is 4 times of RTE quota. If RTE 25% quota is 25 then approved students limit is 100 students. Means 75 students from general and 25 from RTE 25% quota. In all the schools students are more than from approved strength and RTE 25% seats are vacant. It means RTE seats are filled by general students. As per RTE Act 2009 poor quota seats ie RTE25% cannot be filled by general quota in any condition and at any class.
