Mumbai : Motormen Not Wearing Dress Doing Crime , Officers Protecting Them By Taking Bribe !

 



Mumbai. The Sr DCM Of Mumbai Division has given verbal exemption to about 700 motormen of central railway that not to wear dress as per railway board regulation without any backing of law and document. In reply to complaint to RPF to register case under Section 175 of Railway act against motormen , the Sr DCM replied that we have given exemption without any enclosing any documents.Applicant is in the process to register case under IPC and railway act  to register case against motormen for disobeying law and endangering life of passengers. The officers taking bribe and protecting them are doing offence under section 7 and 13 of PC act 1988 and FIR can be registered against them in corruption court at session , Mumbai CST . The reason for not wearing can also be raise by TTE, House Keeping, Guard, Station Manager etc. You can demand safety but cannot challange law. If any terrorist take away the train without dress then How people will recognise Him? If he will be in dress then any other motormen and other staff can recognise such criminal in the color of dress.

Complaint to RPF DIG Mumbai. The Motorman of Central railway are not wearing dress and violating railway rules . They have no exemption under law which is cognizable offence under section175 a, b of railway act . RPF to register case against motormens and produce challan at 35th CST MM Court. It will support guards which are honestly obeying law in the interest of justice.

This is to inform that in Mumbai Suburban, till now there is no system for Motormen to wear uniforms and this has not been forced on them as to disguise/hide their identity during hold ups, riots, unusual etc. so they not to be targeted.

RPF has given personal comment on exemption from dress regulation of railway board to motormen. No documents enclosed of exemption from railway board. The Motormen are endangering the life of people and doing crime under Section 175 of railway act with IPC 166 A. RPF is harbouring the criminals which is crime under IPC 212. RPG officer has take bribe to issue such unconstitutional comment which is crime under section 7 C, 13 (1) ad,e of PC act 1988 ammended. If all staff not wear dress then rule of law will get scrapeed.

    This motorman is retired before two years. Keep updated with latest photograph. Don’t do just copy and past. Serve news with ground reporting

 Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Region School Quota and RTE 25% quota details received from RTI reply from KDMC Education department. Almost in all the schools free education seats for income below Rs1lac is vacant .The vacant seats are illegally filled by private school in open category by private schools by taking donations. KDMC education didnot taken any action. Total approved strength of class is 4 times of RTE quota. If RTE 25% quota is 25 then approved students limit is 100 students. Means 75 students from general and 25 from RTE 25% quota. In all the schools students are more than from approved strength and RTE 25% seats are vacant.
