Thane: Thane Nagar Police closed the complaint of cognizable offence without conducting preliminary enquiry under IPC 379,413,420,34 etc against top public servants involved in illegal mining and transportation as per SC Order in Sanjay Kumar (Supra) .The Sr PI Jairaj directed PSI SK Jadhav to transfer complaint to zila parishad department for FIR registration. Now Zila Parishad will register FIR against PWD Officers of Thane. No Lalita Kumari guidelines followed by Police. No General Diary number given for complaint in cognizable offence . Thane Nagar Police Station is hub of corruption and SHO with Team taking bribe to neglect complaints.

Not discharging duty as per direction of law is offence under Section 7 C and 13(1) a of Prevention of corruption act 1988 and CRPC 156 complaint can be filed with special court of ACB in all district . Judge will mandatory call preliminary enquiry report from Anti corruption bureaue as per SC order . Section 7 have punishment from 3-7 year imprisonment compared to IPC 166A have only 6 month to 1 year. No Sanction is required for such delinquent officers under 17 A of PC Act 1988 (Amended)

Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Region School Quota and RTE 25% quota details received from RTI reply from KDMC Education department. Almost in all the schools free education seats for income below Rs1lac is vacant .The vacant seats are illegally filled by private school in open category by private schools by taking donations. KDMC education didnot taken any action. Total approved strength of class is 4 times of RTE quota. If RTE 25% quota is 25 then approved students limit is 100 students. Means 75 students from general and 25 from RTE 25% quota. In all the schools students are more than from approved strength and RTE 25% seats are vacant.
