IIT DIRECTOR WITH UNRECOGNISE EDUCATION BOARD 10TH ICSE BOARD.
Delhi: Complaint is registered at IIT Delhi , Ministry of Education that Rangan Banerjee has done schooling from Unrecognised ICSE board which has no recognition from Maharashtra , MP, Delhi , HRD etc so he must be sacked with criminal action. The CISCE claim fake govt recognition since last 50 years and operating without the backing of law.The Documents was also enclosed as per RTI information then also grievance officer given clean chit that ICSE board is recognised by Maharashtra govt. and act as abetter IPC 109. Maharashtra School education department denied such recognition to ICSE/ISC and no act or executive order is passed in favour of CISCE education boards (ICSE/ISC). Appeal will be filed as per PG Rules.

Rangan Banerjee is currently the Director, IIT Delhi. From February 2022 he is on lien from IIT Bombay. He has done schooling from ICSE and ISC board which is unrecognise board and claming fake govt recognistion . The ICSE and ISC are unrecognise private board . It is not established by act of parliament or any state or by executive order. It has license to operate as Society not education board. As per RTI information from HRD, Delhi Govt, Maharashtra , MP they have not recognized ICSE and ISC Board. Plz see enclosed RTI reply. The CISCE also accepted in court that it is only a private board having no legal value. Since last 50 years CISCE claiming govt recognition by making fake documents . Few public servants passed and childrens studying at ICSE board school are supporting it. CISCE is claiming recognistion as per Delhi Education act 1973 but there is no such statment that this act recognise CISCE board. Even Delhi Govt not recognise it as per RTI reply.

Para 3 “Learned counsel for the Board, at the very outset, raised an objection that the Board is not a 'public authority', in view of Section 2(h) of the Act, and consequently, it is not required to provide the information sought by the petitioners, under the Act. Substantiating the objection, Sri Nagar submits that the Board is a society registered under the provisions of the Societies Registration Act, 1860, and is not receiving any financial grant or aid from the Central or the State Government. He further submits that Board is not a creation of any Act of Legislature, and therefore, necessary ingredients to hold the Board as a 'public authority', under Section 2(h) of the Act, are lacking, and consequently, the prayer made in the writ petition is not liable to be granted.”

His ICSE certificate is recognized by the Maharastra Government and his 12th standard education is from HSC which is State Government recognized.
