ICSE Board :Thane Court Ready To Conduct Trial Against Fake Recognition Claim Of Government Approval Of CISCE and Billabong International School

  CRIMINAL COMPLAINT FILED AGAINST CISCE AFFILATED BILLABONG  SCHOOL AT THANE COURT TO PROSECUTE UNDER IPC 420,120b,468,406,ETC




Thane: JMFC Court Thane is ready to conduct trial against CISCE and BillaBong School Thane under various sections of IPC under CRPC 200. The complainant Sapan Shrivastava and Vinod Chavan (Complainant) informed the court that school and CISCE are cheating millions of students in the name of govt approval. The Copy of PIL 159/2016 Bombay High Court order was shown to Learned Magistrate GS Bora  . Then the RTI reply of Maharashtra Education and HRD, Delhi RTI and MP state recognised board list submitted to JMFC Court. All these documents says that CISCE operated board is not recognised by any states and Central govt (HRD). The complainant informed the court that at Bomaby High Court the CISCE made false claim that this board is recognised by all state govts and UT with HRD.

A education board is established by act of parliament or state or by executive order. If such thing happens then CISCE will be covered under RTI act. In various High Courts the CISCE filed affdavit that no act or executive order passed in favour of CISCE and it is just society registered under Delhi society act. Delhi state also denied recognition as education board in RTI reply. This NGO is conducting public exam accross India with 3000 approx school . JMFC Court want to proceed under CRPC 200 inspite of CRPC 156.

CBSE is Taking Action Against Omkar International School Dombivli and Podar International School Kalyan

Thane: CBSE informed Honorable Bombay High Court in a PIL that it is taking action against Omkar International school (CBSE) MIDC Dombivali East in 8 weeks. The contention is that the Omkar School is operating two other board schools in CBSE premises. As per CBSE affiliation norms no other board school can operate in CBSE premises. As per petitioner the 2 schools from other board ie ICSE and CIE are illegal school and it will attract penalty Rs 10000 per day. The state has not conducted investigation till date. The Podar International school is using CBSE word without affiliation and also have same issue ie other board schools in same premises.
