Thane : Vishnu nagar Police sub inspector Ganesh Wadane done crime of attempt to robbery at Ganesh Nagar along with 3 constables and polio worker . In a family dispute complaint he called the person at police station by sending constables. The person denied to come and demanded letter of summon. Later NC registered by police. After NC registration the sub Inspector Ganesh Wadane along with 12-15 member reached house and asked to open the door. He abused the person and his family. He called the carpenter to open the door when the person refused to open the door for safety reason. When he failed to break iron door then he directed person to cut water connection and electricity meter. His person shut down electric connection. Later when public gathered he left the place.
Complaint has been registered at Vishnu nagar police station under IPC 393 ATTEMPT TO ROBBERY, 138 ELECTRIC ACT FOR TAMPERING ELECTRIC CONNECTION WITHOUT AUTHORITY, IPC 34,166A ,506(2).ETC. He and his constable also threatened person that we will kill you when u meet outside . The police was knowing that person is legal practitioner at high court and supt court inspite of that the committed the crime in the color of dress.
The DCP, ACP And Sr PI has not registered the FIR in the aforesaid cognizable offence as per supreme court Lalita Kumari guidelines.
