Insurance Agent Can File Complaint At District Court For Commission or Any Dispute Against IRDAI or Insurance Company

की मनमानी बन्द होगी, अब जिला न्यायालय द्वारा एजेंट की समस्या का कानून द्वारा निपटारा होगा। 


Mumbai: Any insurance agent can file Complaint in plain paper at District court for commission or agent code termination related issue. Many insurance company design one side agreement and block agents renewal for new business. Any such issues can be raised before district court and judge will send summons to parties. If no settlement happens then court will pass order. Time limit to resolve issue is 6 months. No fees for complaint . The order will be final and no appeal is allowed. Aggrieved party has to go high court as writ petition. Agent can get commission or activate code . Consumer related issue can also be raised at district court and also at consumer court.  This remedy is other than consumer court. It has no fees compared to consumer court.  Correspondence to insurance company and IRDAI is mandatory before approaching district judge or court.

CBSE is Taking Action Against Omkar International School Dombivli and Podar International School Kalyan

Thane: CBSE informed Honorable Bombay High Court in a PIL that it is taking action against Omkar International school (CBSE) MIDC Dombivali East in 8 weeks. The contention is that the Omkar School is operating two other board schools in CBSE premises. As per CBSE affiliation norms no other board school can operate in CBSE premises. As per petitioner the 2 schools from other board ie ICSE and CIE are illegal school and it will attract penalty Rs 10000 per day. The state has not conducted investigation till date. The Podar International school is using CBSE word without affiliation and also have same issue ie other board schools in same premises.
