Mumbai: The intellectual order passed by Justice SS Shinde and MS Karnik slaped VIP treatment for rich people .Court asked to approach session court for regular bail. In media it was circulated that police can not reopen closed case but order passed by court is eye opener for legal experts . As per Court order Supreme court made many provisions that police can reopen closed cases. Every person in legal field should read this order for better experience. All the persons who are thinking that there case is closed by filing summery report can be in trouble if there case is reopened by police . As a lesson of Arnab case every person has to take bail from court to prevent such arrest.

Justice SS Shinde and Karnik did not granted interim protection to Arnab but they teach  lesson to rich people that money cannot buy justice. All have to go through proper channel. Many citations in judgment reflects that Maharashtra government legal team has done good home work for Arnab arrest . In Past also Maharashtra State legal team has talented advocates which are fighting with the branded advocates inside court rooms.

CBSE is Taking Action Against Omkar International School Dombivli and Podar International School Kalyan

Thane: CBSE informed Honorable Bombay High Court in a PIL that it is taking action against Omkar International school (CBSE) MIDC Dombivali East in 8 weeks. The contention is that the Omkar School is operating two other board schools in CBSE premises. As per CBSE affiliation norms no other board school can operate in CBSE premises. As per petitioner the 2 schools from other board ie ICSE and CIE are illegal school and it will attract penalty Rs 10000 per day. The state has not conducted investigation till date. The Podar International school is using CBSE word without affiliation and also have same issue ie other board schools in same premises. As per CBSE website affiliation has not been renewed of Omkar School since expiry.
