Govt Of India Don't Know High Court Judges Basic Educational Details

DOJ HAVE NO BIO DATA OF JUDGES IN RECORD.

WHAT INVESTIGATION IS DONE BY UNION OF INDIA?


Delhi: The Department Of Justice have no information of the High Court judges Basic Educational qualification. The RTI was filed at DOJ to get the information of Ex CJ of Bombay High Court ie School name, Education Board, Year of passing of class 10 and 12th. But the DOJ have no information available in their record. They also did not transferred the application to PIO of other departments. In appeal they again informed that they have no such information ."The information pertains to year of passing of Class 10th and 12th Std., School Name, Board etc of Hon'ble Judges are not maintained in this Department." 
Recently the private ICSE board validity is in question. Some times they say that it is recognise by all the state govts but not HRD  and in another case(PIL) they say that it is not in control of State but only HRD. In reality neither HRD and no states has recognised it. It is private board without any legal backing.

It is surprised that the certificate of peon is getting verified after appointment but this principle does not apply to judges. By default they assume that they have been passed from recognize education board. 
In the judges handbook and websites of high court the school educational details are missing and no specific format for such profile. Few honest judges are mentioning past client details and few hide . The litigants are kept in dark mode in the name of transparency.

RTE & School Quota Of Kalyan Dombivli KDMC Region Thane

 Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Region School Quota and RTE 25% quota details received from RTI reply from KDMC Education department. Almost in all the schools free education seats for income below Rs1lac is vacant .The vacant seats are illegally filled by private school in open category by private schools by taking donations. KDMC education didnot taken any action. Total approved strength of class is 4 times of RTE quota. If RTE 25% quota is 25 then approved students limit is 100 students. Means 75 students from general and 25 from RTE 25% quota. In all the schools students are more than from approved strength and RTE 25% seats are vacant. It means RTE seats are filled by general students. As per RTE Act 2009 poor quota seats ie RTE25% cannot be filled by general quota in any condition and at any class.
