WHAT INVESTIGATION IS DONE BY UNION OF INDIA?
Delhi: The Department Of Justice have no information of the High Court judges
Basic Educational qualification. The RTI was filed at DOJ to get the
information of Ex CJ of Bombay High Court ie School name, Education Board, Year
of passing of class 10 and 12th. But the DOJ have no information available in
their record. They also did not transferred the application to PIO of other
departments. In appeal they again informed that they have no such information
."The information pertains to year of passing of
Class 10th and 12th Std., School Name, Board etc of Hon'ble Judges are not
maintained in this Department."
Recently the private ICSE board validity is in question. Some times they say that it is recognise by all the state govts but not HRD and in another case(PIL) they say that it is not in control of State but only HRD. In reality neither HRD and no states has recognised it. It is private board without any legal backing.
It is surprised that the certificate of peon is
getting verified after appointment but this principle does not apply to judges.
By default they assume that they have been passed from recognize education
board.
In the judges handbook and websites of high court the school educational details are missing and no specific format for such profile. Few honest judges are mentioning past client details and few hide . The litigants are kept in dark mode in the name of transparency.
