Maharashtra Republican Party leader Sh. Chintaman Mali writes to Hon. Chief Justice of Bombay High Court complaining against Senior Advocate Sunil Manohar’s dirty tricks in misusing his family clout to say nasty things about Dalit Judgesm and through his misleads with judges, securing orders which are absolutely illegal with his associates.Mukesh Shukla & Piyush Shukla exercising ugly influence in Nagpur District Court as per complaint. Advocate Sunil Manhohar acted as Advocate General of Maharashtra in past.

Sh. Chintaman Mali also complains about rampant nepotism of Advocate Sunil Manohar’s lobbying with Bombay High Court Judges in securing Senior Advocate designation for his maternal nephew – Advocate Akshay Naik, (son of Ex-Judge of Bombay High Court Smt. Vasanti Naik) a mediocre lawyer as compared to many lawyers of Bahujan & Dalit Samaj who are much senior & competent, but are outside the hallowed lobby of Manohars’. Sh. Chintaman Mali also requests Hon. Chief Justice for initiating inquiry & seeks appropriate action against Senior Advocate Sunil Manohar and also in recalling his Senior Advocate designation in terms of Supreme Court ruling in Indira Jaising V/s Supreme Court of India.As per complainant for a long time, Senior Advocate Sunil Manohar is alleged of indulging in caste oppression, particularly against Dalit & Bahujan Samaj Advocates and it is earnestly expected that extending benefits of Judgeship and awarding of Senior Counsel designation to Manohar family members, relatives, their friends & associates continuing for a long time hopefully now ends, and the dynastic monopoly is put to a full stop.

    It is necessary that other side's version be secured & lawyers and judges should be permitted to draw conclusion independently.

    It reveals that neptoism lies in our Court's also denyieng all obc n scst lawyers on caste basis who can dominate the others shameful activities

RTE & School Quota Of Kalyan Dombivli KDMC Region Thane

 Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Region School Quota and RTE 25% quota details received from RTI reply from KDMC Education department. Almost in all the schools free education seats for income below Rs1lac is vacant .The vacant seats are illegally filled by private school in open category by private schools by taking donations. KDMC education didnot taken any action. Total approved strength of class is 4 times of RTE quota. If RTE 25% quota is 25 then approved students limit is 100 students. Means 75 students from general and 25 from RTE 25% quota. In all the schools students are more than from approved strength and RTE 25% seats are vacant. It means RTE seats are filled by general students. As per RTE Act 2009 poor quota seats ie RTE25% cannot be filled by general quota in any condition and at any class.
