It seems Air India going Jet Airways way and soon it will have shut down it's operations in India as well as aboard, RTI information received from Air India General Manager Finance and CPIO Shri Harish Pai reveals that Air India yet to pay around 3849.63 Crores Rupees to Various Oil Companies like IOCL, HPCL, BPCL and Shell as Fuel charges, also abroad the Air India failed to Pay for oil to companies like Q8 and Shell and Outstanding Amount is 40,48,328 USD ie around 28,71,07421 Rs, if Air India does not clear the outstanding amount then these Fuel Companies will stop supplying fuel to Air India Planes which will ultimately result in its closure
