RTI: All PILs Disposed By CJ Pradeep Nandrajog filed In last 18 Months At Bombay High Court!

Mumbai: As per RTI Information received from Bombay High Court all the PILs filed from January 2018 to June 2019 has been disposed . PIO did not provided month wise data because there software have no such facilities. It is well known that this reason is invalid for denial of information.
As per few media reporters monitoring the CJ Court which have assignment of all civil PILs says that there is Miscarriage of justice.
1. CJ dispose matter because the averments are not part of pleading or petition.
2. CJ playing role of respondent and respondents are silent.
3. CJ don't care rule of law and dispose the matter .
4. CJ is always in hurry to dispose matter without taking affidavits on record.

The new Chief Justice Pradeep Nandrajog has been  transferred from Rajasthan High Court and joined BHC  in April 2019. 
Ignoring the practice of earlier chief justices for fair trial he is clearing backlogs in fast track mode. Using this practise he has violated many supreme court rulings. Many times he is travelling beyond the scope of pleading. Justice NM Jamdar is sharing division bench of CJ . Till his retirement by Feb 2020 he will clear maximum pending matters . 
Earlier other judges handling PILs donot dispose matter in one shot and direct respondents to file reply.

Mahatma Gandhi Given His Surname To Indra as "Gandhi" Nehru-Khan-Gandhi Dynasty : Jawaharlal Nehru was the first prime minister of modern India, and he ruled the country from 1947 to 1964.  He was born on 14th November 1889, to Motilal and Swarup Rani Nehru.  The family belonged to a Kashmiri Brahmin tribe called ‘ Pandit.’   Indira Gandhi, daughter of Jawaharlal Nehru, became prime minister of India in 1966.  Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Region School Quota and RTE 25% quota details received from RTI reply from KDMC Education department. Almost in all the schools free education seats for income below Rs1lac is vacant .The vacant seats are illegally filled by private school in open category by private schools by taking donations. KDMC education didnot taken any action. Total approved strength of class is 4 times of RTE quota. If RTE 25% quota is 25 then approved students limit is 100 students. Means 75 students from general and 25 from RTE 25% quota. In all the schools students are more than from approved strength and RTE 25% seats are vacant.
