Mumbai : Debt Recovery Tribunal Penalise petitioner for giving his submission in Hindi Language. As per Complaint to Chairman of DRT the Judge warned petitioner to speak in English but petitioner denied to follow his instruction. Later Court Penalise Rs 20000 for speaking in hindi. As per petitioner it is insult of National Language and violation of rajbhasha act. At Bombay High Court there is no restriction to speak in Marathi or Hindi language. Copy of complaint by petitioner is placed.
