Manmad Junction:Action Against Railway Stall By Central Railway For Over Charging Water



MUMBAI:Central Railway Bhusaval Division conducted surprise check at Manmad stall for overcharging water bottle of Rs 15 to Rs 20. They penalised the stall and issued warning letter if another complaint received in future. The complainant has registered complaint via PG Portal to central railway due to which railway administration taken action. Consumers should complaint at  https://pgportal.gov.in against any irregularities of stalls or any for fight against corruption.

Grievance Description
The stall of RK SON at platform no.2 near pole 260 of 9 or below Bhusawal end bridge is selling water bottle at Rd 20 at 1am on 8 May 2019. Inspite of rate list of Rs 15, he is over charging. Penalise him and send scan copy to us.

A surprise check was conducted against M/s R. K. & Sons (MPS Stall/Trolley Licensee) on 11/05/2019 at Bhusawal station in which PDW had been found sold at overcharged rate. The concerned licensee has been suitably fined with a warning of stringent action if such irregularities are detected in future.

RTE & School Quota Of Kalyan Dombivli KDMC Region Thane

 Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Region School Quota and RTE 25% quota details received from RTI reply from KDMC Education department. Almost in all the schools free education seats for income below Rs1lac is vacant .The vacant seats are illegally filled by private school in open category by private schools by taking donations. KDMC education didnot taken any action. Total approved strength of class is 4 times of RTE quota. If RTE 25% quota is 25 then approved students limit is 100 students. Means 75 students from general and 25 from RTE 25% quota. In all the schools students are more than from approved strength and RTE 25% seats are vacant. It means RTE seats are filled by general students. As per RTE Act 2009 poor quota seats ie RTE25% cannot be filled by general quota in any condition and at any class.
