Illegal:CK Birla Mandir Amlai Shahdol- Notice Issued By MP State Govt.

बिरला मंदिर ओपीएम अमलाई बुढार पर प्रश्नेय चिन्ह?
Shahdol: CK Birla temple at Amlai , Shahdol (Campus Of Orient Paper Mill) questioned for their illegal operation. As per temple priest the mandir is owned by CK Birla and it is private temple. A journalist visited the temple questioned the presence of public in private temple. How a private temple can be used by public without any special permission? The temple have no trust/management registered  to manage and public donation expenses are also not audited. Their is no sign board of trust and audit report in this huge temple campus.As per poojari, this is private mandir of Shri CK birla and all the expenses born by Shri CK Birla. If any incident happen then who will be responsible? Which authority approved the stability of structure? Due to public safety and interest journalist registered complaint to MP state Govt and in reply they issued notice to Orient Paper Mill Shahdol.

प्रस्तुत शिकायत का परीक्षण किया गया . संजय सिंह महाप्रबंधक ओरिएंट पेपर मिल अमलाई से प्रतिवेदन मे लेख किया गया है की माताजी का मंदिर श्री जी.पी, बिड़ला द्वारा बनवाया गया है. मंदिर का सञ्चालन ओरिएंट पेपर मिल अमलाई के माधयम से संचालित है. मंदिर में कोई भी चंदा/ डोनेशन नहीं लिया जाता, दर्शनाथिर्यो द्वारा दान पेटी में अगर कोई राशि डाली जाती है तो उसका सदुपयोग नवरात्री पूजा , शतचंडी पाठ कन्या भोज बसंत पंचमी अन्य धार्मिक आयोजन व् प्रसाद वितरण में किया जाता है. मंदिर विशेष सिविल इंजीनियरों की ड्राइंग/ डिजायन पर जयपुर के लाल पत्थरो से निर्मित कराया गया है जो आसपास के क्षेत्रों का सबसे बढ़ा व् दर्शनीय मंदिर है .मंदिर के प्रमुख द्वार पर ही बोर्ड लगा हुआ है शिकायत किसी दुर्भावना से की गई है शिकायतकर्ता की शिकायत झूठी एवं निराधार होने से शिकायत विलोपित करने का कष्ट करे

RTE & School Quota Of Kalyan Dombivli KDMC Region Thane

 Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Region School Quota and RTE 25% quota details received from RTI reply from KDMC Education department. Almost in all the schools free education seats for income below Rs1lac is vacant .The vacant seats are illegally filled by private school in open category by private schools by taking donations. KDMC education didnot taken any action. Total approved strength of class is 4 times of RTE quota. If RTE 25% quota is 25 then approved students limit is 100 students. Means 75 students from general and 25 from RTE 25% quota. In all the schools students are more than from approved strength and RTE 25% seats are vacant. It means RTE seats are filled by general students. As per RTE Act 2009 poor quota seats ie RTE25% cannot be filled by general quota in any condition and at any class.
