Mumbai: ARAI Pune is a vehicles design approving authority of government of India ie. regulator to approve different models and components of vehicles. In an RTI reply they have no approved vehicles list on record . They only issue certificates to vehicle manufacturers with conditional approval. 
By not making  100% approved vehicles list confirm that they are providing conditional approval. They also not want to provide the approved vehicles list because non of them may be not 100% approved.
As per RTI regulation all the information should be published online as per section 4. But not making approved vehicles list online signals irregularities in ARAI. The corrupt officers are allowing defective vehicles which causing millions of accidents on road. In order to provide the list they are replying the quries which was not asked . Other public authorites have such approved list ofinsurance policies, mutual fund, registered hospital, shops license, ESIC, company listed in MCA etc but ARAI have no list.

3. Copy of the format/sample of all types of test certificate during approval of design with final approval certificate.

CBSE is Taking Action Against Omkar International School Dombivli and Podar International School Kalyan

Thane: CBSE informed Honorable Bombay High Court in a PIL that it is taking action against Omkar International school (CBSE) MIDC Dombivali East in 8 weeks. The contention is that the Omkar School is operating two other board schools in CBSE premises. As per CBSE affiliation norms no other board school can operate in CBSE premises. As per petitioner the 2 schools from other board ie ICSE and CIE are illegal school and it will attract penalty Rs 10000 per day. The state has not conducted investigation till date.
