INSPECTION 1 REGISTRAR CLOSED ESPLANDA COURT 3 MAGISTRATES INVESTIGATION WHICH HAVE DONE SUPREME COURT ORDER VIOLATION
Mumbai: Judical staff of Maharashtra government recently closed the complaint of press reporter without referring to judges complaint committee. The attempt of registrar 1 is to obildge the 3 MAGISTRATES of Killa court Mumbai CST.
In past the reporter was are arrested when the complainant came to meet him in Esplanda court premises. Complainant registered complaint that reporter was asking about fire NOC details in medical shop. The Azad maidan police station put extortion and fake public servant charges. As per them Citizens has no right to ask about any NOC. The 3 MAGISTRATES did no priliminary investigation as per supreme Court Arnesh Kumar order and put him behind the bar for 18 days. Later session court Grant bail as complainant failed to submit the value of money demanded and also no transaction taken place. The police also failed to recover fake govt ID card from reporter. He was just booked as complainant was trapped in fire act violation. Due to his political influence police registered FIR.
As per supreme Court order it is the duty of all Magistrates to conduct primary investigation and if they fail to do so the concern high court should take departmental action.
Due to such closure it reflect that state Judical employees providing shield to corrupt judges and getting favour. The Corruption in high court is at peak as many judicial officers implementing corrupt agenda of politicians. These officers never transferred to other benches and just shifting from one chamber to another. The judges board ie cause list is also manipulated by taking 6-10k bribe. The associates are connected to clerks by phone and innocent judges are not aware. The high profile case where CJ gave instruction to list after 4 weeks but not listed till 15weeks also. Corporates have good penetration in board making team.
