The customer went to Kalyan west branch of Docomo gallery. He got his Tata-Docomo SIM of same condition, so he thought to try to get vadafone sim from kalyan west branch. The executives of Kalyan west branch also insisted for post paid plan but they issued prepaid SIM with immediate effect.
It means that every branch of Vodafone have different honesty level for customers.Customer registered complaint with Vodafone Maharashtra circle but company did not responded after 3 weeks also.
